Jim Walters (Managing Director) DNA.am Ltd

Technology focused Managing Director with over 30 years of manufacturing, precision engineering and more recently advanced manufacturing experience.

Having studied mechanical & production engineering and worked in both precision engineering and engineering management roles, Jim progressed to owning both precision engineering & engineering services companies from a young age, until moving into the aerospace sector as a global technical & sales lead for a major UK based USA aerospace Tier One. Having gained significant global experience, Jim took up a similar role with a specialist AS9100 & NADCAP Aerospace Special Processes company, expanding their sales and technical delivery footprint from being UK focused to a Global Company operating in Europe India. The Middle East and the USA.

Currently providing engineering, quality management and special processes support to the digital manufacturing activities of DNAam Ltd as Managing Director and Senior Project Lead, with a current emphasis on ERP, MES, Planning & Scheduling and extending the digital thread between diverse companies within the Additive Manufacturing Eco System Globally.

Dr Danielle Mehta (Product Owner) DNA.am Ltd

Having studied at the University of Liverpool and gained a Doctor of Philosophy PHD – Engineering & a master’s degree in chemistry specialising in working on ink development and inkjet printing of palladium silver inks and aldehyde sensors and also the challenges of inkjet printing for electrochemical gas sensors alongside developing silver and CNT inks for the inkjet process.

Danielle is currently leading the development of the latest DNAam Next Generation solution as product owner and helping to shape the solution as a world class and end to end additive manufacturing execution system, utilising the latest technologies available, delivering true Flexibility Connectivity & Traceability to the extended AM eco system. Enea Sacco (Applications Engineer) DNA.am Ltd

Application engineer and researcher with a physics background and a dedicated additive manufacturing professional. Having originally specialised in the development of mechanisms for use on spacecraft, resulting in the development of a model for predicting the stiffness of springs manufactured via additive manufacturing.

Having gained a Doctor of Philosophy PHD – Engineering at Nanyang Technical University Singapore, and a masters in Space Science, Enea then combined these specialities to gain a PhD in additive manufacturing applied to spacecraft.

Enea’s experience includes spells with NASA Goddard Space Flight Centre working with the OSIRIS-REx Flight Dynamics team, lecturing in Linear Algebra, Foundations of Physics and Engineering Fundamentals at CIT, Canadian Institute of Technology and more recently as an Applications Engineer with the Italian additive manufacturing company Roboze 3D and finally with DNA.am Ltd in the UK
