DNAam's build file management allows you to link detailed build files, 3D drawings and programme files to the AM parts. You can even share the correct version to shopfloor machines so the latest issue is always in use.
The chemical make-up of every powder batch can be recorded, and is easily accessible to your production team and operators as required. Test results for any powder samples or test pieces can also be added, to ensure you know the chemical make-up and oxygen levels before deciding the best batches to blend.
Whether it is virgin powder or from your powder recovery system, you need to ensure the correct batches are combined in the correct proportions. DNAam generates blend orders with auto-prompts for homogenising powder and sending samples for testing to ensure the whole process is completed correctly and efficiently.
Whether it's consumables like cathodes and inert gases, or the titanium powder used for your builds, DNAam will maintain full stock details. Attach incoming powder certificates, test results and chemical analysis from your suppliers to each batch you receive.
Should your chemical analysis identify any inclusions or contaminants within your powder, test result details can easily be recorded, and batches can be traced and quarantined to prevent compromised build quality.

DNAam enables you to store details of your production equipment, from start plates to blades, and then allocate the correct items to jobs. Specify details such as the helium levels and the powder slopes that dictate flow rates for individual builds, so all aspects of the process are covered.
In combination with its location, a batch’s status within the system is used to determine if a powder can be selected for a build, so you can be sure only batches that have been homogenised and passed chemical analysis requirements can be picked.

Drag and drop Gins between locations as they progress along the production process, from Goods In to Powder Storage, to Machining to Blend area. Any time you move a Gin, a record is automatically recorded of who moved what, when, and to where; so you have complete audit traceability.
Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of all your finished products, with DNAam’s powder tolerance tracking. You can assign upper and lower tolerances for chemical composition of each powder grade. So, when any test results fall outside the given tolerances, DNAam flags up an alert to the user to quarantine the powder.
Save time, and reduce failed chemical tests, with DNAam’s chemical trial analysis. Pulling information from chemicals already in the system, DNAam predicts the chemical compositon of the resultant powder.
